Well my torture session ended in fits of giggles last night. My torturer has decided that we will go through the yoga moves alphabetically so we started with three versions of the bench which was fine but ended with something called 'the bug'. Now just imagine two adults rolling around the floor doing this - it was hysterical.

Anyway tonight I am off out with CG, my sis, my niece and a couple of other friends. Watch out Blackheath is all I can say! Saturday is a quiet day and Sunday the boy is playing his first game for Essex. I am so excited!! Its Essex v Middlesex - he is not confident but hey its a first step and I have been sent information on a college in St Albans for people who want a career in rugby - so he may be living away from home earlier than expected!
