I am not in work today. Reason - I woke up this morning in absolute agony with the most severe stomach pains I have ever had. In addition as I walked down the stairs I pulled a muscle in my calf. I now know how the grumpy one feels -aches and pains all over the place - no one he is always so grumpy!
