I have just spent the most bizarre 5 minutes in a lift that seems to have a mind of its own. We got in to go to the ground floor and it started to go down and then went up and then went down without stopping. I did wonder whether I was going to spend the rest of the day in the lift just going up and down. The same lift also has a habit of displaying SS instead of the floor number. This is very offputting for my colleague who is Jewish.

On another matter - my recent rant at BT has stilled not been resolved. I have written to them and I have had no reply as yet, which means that I may have to contact them again. Not sure if I can bear the idiots who only seem to be able to read out what their card says.
