right so today - did the treadmill again but didnt up the speed no staggering today..... I am quite liking the gym and cant wait till tomorrow. Although i did face a challenge with the locker. all the lockers look the same and are locked using your membership card - however there are two key things to this - one you have to lock the locker and two you have to remember the number. I failed on both counts lol. so having spent 10 minutes trying to unlock the wrong locker and pestering the guy at reception i realised my locker was in fact the one next door and was unlocked............ will try better tomorrow.

then there was the conference which i was meant to be at all day but had to leave at lunch coz i had to write a paper for the management board next week. why do they bring forward meetings a week and a half and then expect you to deliver as if nothing had changed.

tomorrow is my assessment centre for a new job. i am sooo looking forward it ........ can think of nothing better than being interrogated for 5 hours so that i can be told whether i am a good manager or not............ i have an awful feeling the answer will be not a good manager.

a funny thing happened in work today - but unfortunately i am not at liberty to say what - i ca say that it involves winding up another member of staff and that seems to be working admirably lol

tomorrow is a leavign do and the wind up will continue there - so should be fun and it will be good to have a drink with the rest of the gang - thats if they all go and there is another one next week....

and now i am feeling a little tired so think i will go off to bed
