so last night found myself in Sway - hey what a night!!! loads of really good 80s music interspersed with some 70s - i personally think my real peak was dont stop me now - lol but if those pics appear on facebook then i will personally have to murder the taker of said pics!!!! although if they are any good i might put them on here lol

a great girlies night out and one to be repeated me thinks. the running is not gonna happen seeing as it puts my back out each time - so will have to walk the 5K - oh well never mind

I have done the dreaded deed and joined the gym in an effort to sort my back out so that i can run - coz despite what i have always thought i quite enjoy running. and it goes nicely with the cycling and swimming - you never know i might even enter a mini triathlon pmsl.

this weekend is as always full with a meeting this morning and then off to see a mates kid play in a steel band this evening - the things i do for my adopted nieces and nephew lol. oh and i dont think i mentioned it before - i am going to be a great aunt again - my oldest niece is expecting a baby around christmas - so excited. more baby sitting - absolutely fantastic :)

the house now looks really nice and i am just waiting to sort out the final details before it goes on the market.

i have decided the instant messenger in work is a bad thing lol
