well after last nights escapades the IT guys spent the day winding me up about my new suitor. i pointed out to them i did not think it was very chivalrous of them to abandon me to him. they thought this was hysterical. got my own back though - they had a lovely touch feely workshop and when they returned all strung out coz they dont like all this sort of stuff i said i was going to suggest to their top boss that they all have a group hug every morning - they were not amused. although a couple of them caught on quick and took it onto doing exercise by their desks every morning as a group - i cant wait to see it .

i was agian at the gym at 6.30 - i think i have been bitten by the gym bug. ive decided its great
